1. Who we are

FatDCA (fatdca.com, "the site") is operated by Stanislav Kalachev, an individual based in Bulgaria ("we", "us"). You can reach us at bd@fatdca.com. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Education, not advice

Everything on FatDCA, including calculators, results, glossary entries, guides and comparisons, is general educational information. It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, cryptocurrency or other asset.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner or tax professional, and using the site does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, speak to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

3. How to read calculator results

• Results are estimates based on historical data and the assumptions each calculator lists. Unless a calculator says otherwise, they do not include fees, taxes, inflation or trading costs.
• Past performance does not predict future results. Investments can lose value, including the money you put in.
• Market data comes from third-party sources and may contain errors, gaps or delays. We work to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it.

4. Third-party links and affiliate partners

The site links to websites and apps run by others, including investing apps that may pay us a commission. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, products, fees or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. 5. Embedding our calculators

Where we offer an embed code, you may place our calculators on your website free of charge, provided you keep the credit link visible and unchanged, do not alter or obscure the calculator, and do not present it as your own. We may change, limit or end any embed at any time, and may ask you to remove one.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• copy or republish substantial parts of the site, its calculators or its data without permission;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the site at scale;
• try to interfere with the site's security or operation;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law.

7. Our content

The site's text, design, calculators, code, logo and the FatDCA name belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

8. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, its availability, or the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any content or result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including investment losses, lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Changes

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Bulgaria, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of the country where you live.
